Timothy Henderson was a former district judge in Oklahoma County who presided over numerous high-profile criminal cases. He resigned in 2021 amid allegations of sexual misconduct involving multiple female prosecutors. Prior to his resignation, he was known for his strict courtroom demeanor and extensive experience in the Oklahoma legal system. In 2023, Henderson also surrendered his bar license during disciplinary proceedings related to the scandal.

Oklahoma State Representative Jason Lowe filled a new bill that he is calling the Judge Timothy R. Henderson Act that would make it illegal for Oklahoma judges to have a sexual relationship with lawyers who appear before them.
Oklahoma Bar Association filed this Complaint in August of 2023 moving for the revocation of his bar license.
