Johnston County Sheriff's Office is currently in VIOLATION of the Oklahoma Open Records Act (Title 51 Oklahoma Statutes § 24A.1 et seq.).  The law enforcement agency is over 90 days past due on processing the request for use of force data submitted on August 29, 2022.
