Dan Jacobsma
On February 23, 2024, Governor Kevin Stitt announced his appointment of Dan Jacobsma as the district attorney for the 3rd Prosecutorial District.
Between 1997 and 2024, Jacobsma was a staff attorney for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System, where he represented underserved criminal defendants at all levels.
District 3 is NOT in Compliance
District Attorney, David Thomas, is NOT in compliance with:
