Former Judge Kendra Coleman’s turbulent removal from the bench was deeply entangled with fallout from her tax scandal, but also with a fraught political and personal rivalry involving Oklahoma County prosecutors.

Assistant District Attorney Jimmy Harmon and District Attorney David Prater played key roles in both her prosecution and in raising questions about official misconduct. Harmon pressed Coleman in private meetings to recuse herself from cases involving the DA’s office, triggering heated exchanges.

Below is evidence that during that time, Jimmy Harmon himself, had been participating in tax fraud and yet there appears to be no evidence that the prosecution team against Coleman disclosed the information, thereby violating Coleman's due process rights under the Brady Doctrine and casting doubt on the fairness and integrity of the proceedings.
