2023 Glossip Clemency Conspiracy
Oklahoma's Latest Attempt to Kill Richard Glossip
Oklahoma's Latest Attempt to Kill Richard Glossip
In April of 2023, concerns arose regarding the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board's handling of Richard Glossip's clemency hearing. Law makers discovered undue influence from certain District Attorneys on board members, abuse of the District Attorney Association to avoid the Open Records Act, and communications that suggesting that these prosecutors conspired with pardon & parole board members to sway votes against Glossip receiving clemency.
Below is the 134 page petition that outlines the unethical actions and attempt to cover up the actions of the District Attorneys and Board members showing the ongoing decades long conspiracy to kill Richard Glossip.
Although the open records case that exposed the District Attorney's abuses was disposed with summary judgement on behalf of DA Jason Hicks, it's important to note that the nature of the case was to produce records, NOT to determine if the state officials involved did or didn't behave inappropriately or unlawfully in regards to Glossip's clemency hearing.
The clemency hearing was contested in Oklahoma County [CV-2023-1001] an order to stay the proceedings was entered in May of 2024, pending the entry of an order of final determination in Glossip v. Oklahoma, US Supreme Court case No. 22-7466.
Misconduct begets misconduct. Had prosecutors in Macy & Lane's administration, followed their ethical obligation under ORPC 8.3 and reported Fern Smith to the Oklahoma Bar Association for her prosecutorial misconducts... They wouldn't be conspiring to kill an innocent man over two decades later.
